Hey there. I've been trying to launch this game for the last couple of
days, and i just haven't had any luck. I seem to constantly get an error
saying something with xactengine3_1.dll is not meant to run in windows or
it contains error. I've tried several times to reinstall the game. I made
sure to run it as administrator. And also i have tried to run a registry
fix. i also tried installing directx from the game directory. Nothing has
worked out, and the internet says nothing about this particular problem.
hope you can help me.

I'm sorry to hear about that problem, let's hope we can solve it as fast as possible.

That error code is related to DirectX most likely. Since you have already tried to re-install the game several times, and also tried to install the DirectX from game folder, please navigate to here and try to download and install it from there (first uninstall the DirectX from your computer though). After this reboot your PC and launch the game with admin rights.

If this doesn't help at all, please contact our customer support and attach dxdiag, MSInfo and LogBackup files into your email. Instructions for these can be found from here.

so since you wanted me to uninstall and reinstall, would you explain to me, how to do it?

Also the lin you put in your message is just a download for directx presentation, so basicly, its nothing i can use..

Geesh, my previous post was "a bit" misleading. You truly shouldn't try to uninstall DirectX, since it's not very easy task to do indeed Also the link was incorrect one, I'll edit it to be the correct one. Use this link, install DirectX from there and try launch the game after a reboot. The installer might tell you that everything is in order already, but it's surely worth a try.

If this doesn't lead anywhere, I suggest you to send all the files I was talking about in my previous post to our customer support.
