I really like the game, the only problem is that i see almost no animations whatsoever. All other players float around in a fixed position and its ruining my gameplay. What can i do to fix this? Reinstall or is it a known problem? Also i cant turn on nameplates on other players.

I'm sorry to hear about your problem with the game. This issue is somewhat rare, although we have received one report like this before. We are still in progress of investigation of this, and so far we doubt this issue is related to either system specifications, or bad connection. So: Please check that your system meets the minimum requirements for the game, reboot your router, and shut down any programs which might slow down your connection or use your bandwidth.
