I've had a few problems with this game so far. At first when I downloaded it through Steam, it got stuck on installing components 99%, trying to install DX for around an hour before i just closed it. Then I downloaded the torrent for it and it worked after installing and opening it through that. Now my game Takes about 10 minutes to start/load and I let it try to do the tutorial for about 30 minutes and didn't work. Then I just clicked play instead of trying to do the tutorial and that took about 15 minutes to load. Finally in-game and my FPS will not stabilize. It constantly locks up over and over, then if I don't move and give it a couple minutes, it won't lag right until I press a movement key then it starts lagging again.

tl:dr My FPS locks up and freezes repeatedly while in-game. Does anyone else have this problem or have a solution to it?

EVGA GTX 760
i7 920 @ 2.67GHz
16gb RAM
850w PSU

Had to use phone camera because Fraps wouldn't record it.

Make shure you installed last drivers to your system.
Try to degrade your video board drivers to prevous version.
Also some tweaker utilities may cause the same problems - try to deactivate it or change the program mode.
