can't launch panzar at all after my format C...

i would like to have some backup considering all the money i injected into this F2P...seriously... never had a probleme to play this but right now, i formated my comp yesterday and can't launch at all this game... tried everydifferent thing we can find on internet like... updating DIRECTX etc... im reinstalling the game but pretty sure i'm downaloding again for nothing the whole game... everychar level 30 i wanna get back into the game that's so pony unreal..
