I have tried to do all the guide resolution problem too, but it doesn't work for me

I have a issue with scanning 0%, I can log on the launcher, but at scanning nothing happens. I was able to play the game 1/8 - 2013, but after that day it cannot scan. I have followed the guide to the 99% problem but it has no effect. Please help out a fellow gamer. Thanks Fixzor |

I tried to : reinstall gameclient-> still 0% deleting the USER and LogBackups folder -> still 0% disabling antivirus -> 0% |
