Hi ! It's again me. I saw that you have deleted my old post , so i repost it again . "I write this message to explain a bug with my char Actaroth. Indeed ,i have bought in the past 200 crystals of color for my armor but i have remove it for test new colors. But now i want my old colors back but it seems that i must bought them a second time. I have no screenshot of my old colors but i can give you link from old tournament with these colors if you need" PS : Dont delete again my post without any reason its very disrespectful. Try maybe to answer me and dont do like a moderator who just didn"t care about it and made me wait 1 week for nothing.I hope you will give back my crystals because i know a lot of people who get this bug and get a refund of their crystals( because the color was supposed to be permanent). If you say me that the refund is impossible , i will consider this game as a Scam (even if i have played more than 3 months.) PSS : And the answer that i must do tournament to refound my crystals is very very unprofessional and stupid. NB : I still wait for my panzar prize too , i give my adress + Private information more than 3 times. |
