In this situation, if I were you I would send an email on
stewart@panzar.com (they say it leads directly to Queen Bee (EU Community Manager)) that would make the person who reads it ask their partners in studio who solve such problems to try to fix the problem and to answer - I mean I would compose it in a nice way so that it was worth answering just because of your language, assuming that maybe they don't know the answer so they won't answer - now you at least could know what you're standing at. And the other thing I would do would be assuring I really DID all of the things described in that threads given above
