Post subject:  ok whats with this game
Game was working great so I thought ok I will buy crystals and go premium again. Now I get kicked out of ever dam game wasting my time and money once again. I made a post awhile back saying game keeps kicking me out and got nothing from anyone if nothing is done will be last time I spend money on this game and I will move on :cry:

I understand that you have problems and that you have spend money on this game.

They are still changing, adding correction and new things to the game.

I have contacts at panzar and talked about the problems, the game has.

The panzar devs are testing a new optimalization part in the game that should be launch with the next patch. NO I do not have a date for the patch.

This should stop the randon crashes. If a crash happens after the Patch it propably is an other problemen not yet know at panzar.

In case of your money you want back there is only one thing to do and the is make your case with proof to the following emial adres. community_eu@panzar.com
