Hello, Since yesterday the game doesn't start up at my computer. I use windows 10 but it doesn't seem the problem 'cause I reinstalled windows 7 and installed the game all over again and yet it won't start. I can't even log in. then I tried to use another connection and it worked perfectly. I think the game is not responding to my ip. What can I do? |

Hi, WW ...As I said, since yesterday afternoon I can't log in... When I click at the start buttom the oftion to log in doesn't show up. It doesn't open. Nothing happens. There is no option to put the email ou password... nothing... When I use the habitual connection of my house. My ip is 192.168.0.1 It seems the game is not connecting to this ip... But When I use other connection I have, the game starts perfectly. |

If you don't get screen for logon and password you don't have connection to Panzar. Did the update today change anything for you ? Can you try connecting with other connection? Neighbor or free wifi? |
