Game closes without a notification/warning
Greeting everyone,
There are many reasons that can cause random game closes/shutdowns without any notifications/warnings. In this topic we would like to compile common ways of fixing this unexpected behaviour.
AMD video card owners, disable anti-aliasingIn the game video settings, disable anti-aliasing and make sure that the Catalyst Control Center doesn't force anti-aliasing (either disable it or set use application settings).
Close all programs running in the background (Skype, Browser and etc)Close all resource heavy programs such as Skype or browser with multiple tabs opened. It maybe that Panzar doesn't get enough RAM to work with and the system closes the program without any notice to free up RAM and maintain working state.
Update your graphics driversIn general it's always best to have the latest drivers. They are shipped with new features and bug fixes which may potentially fix common game crash issues. You can find the most recent drivers for your video card here:
Make sure you have enough RAM on your computerWhile minimum requirements state that the game will run on 2GB of RAM, it's not ideal and you may expect random closes from time to time. If you have a chance to increase the amount of RAM, try upgrading/increasing it. You can find appropriate RAM type for your computer on Manufacturers website.
Reset CPU/GPU frequency to defaultIf you have overclocked your CPU/GPU through the BIOS/UEFI settings, try to reset them to default settings. While overclocking might give you a certain performance boost, it's rather risky and dangerous. Overclocking can be a cause of random closes due to the system not being able to handle higher frequencies or it tries to prevent overheating which comes from the CPU/GPU.
This post will be updated as we find more information on how to address the issue. Hopefully this will help and open the gate to Panzar
