Slow update speed

Post subject:  Slow update speed
I have an easy question.
i cannot start playing the since i cannot download the update with normal speed.
what is the problem?
When checking my account, my download speed is MB/s,is very fast.
However, while updating, my speed is not stable ranged from 5KB/s to 200KB/s
it is very slow and i have to wait for 1X hours for the update.
Can i solve it? i am from Hong Kong. Is it related?

It happens to everyone. I only had 20k/s in canada. I'm cantonese btw and my ID is Shay Fay Lay if you wanna join on me :D

Hello and welcome. I'm afraid it is the best you can get from Hong Kong for now. This installation is oriented on continental Europe. We are welcome players from all of the world, but we can guarantee high update speed and lag free game for all. We have plans for separate North America and South-East Asia installations, but for now I can only recommend to use torrent downloads for major updates.

Welcome, Shai Fay Lay. Could you, please, tell us, which part of Canada you currently in? US atlantic coast players get much higher update speed, so, I guess, you are closer to the pacific one?

yeah, im living in vancouver, it took me an hour to update the new patch

Okay so, I'm from Denmark (Central upper Europa) and I'm having bad loading time aswell. I just downloaded the game and my patching is 12 hours or so :!:
I'm having 20-200 KB/s too...
Anyway to fix this?

MY download will always stop and then say it couldn't download a third party component, and i have it running as administrator.
What should i do?

For Third party component you best do a search on the forum there are 3 or 4 post about them.
