It´s sad to hear you are having problems with the launcher. Unfortunately it´s hard to say for sure what causes this specific problem in your case, so i advice you to send us the log files via email to
help@panzar.com. If the game has been installed into the default path, log files can be found at C:\Games\Panzar\LogBackups. Make a zip package of that folder (Right-click on the folder -> Send to Compressed zip folder) and send it to us.

Also try to run the game with administrator rights. This is done by right-clicking the game launcher -> Run as administrator. Alternatively you can set to open the game by default with admin rights by Right-clicking on the game launcher -> Select "Properties"-> Select Compatibility tab at the top of the window -> check the box that says “Run this program as administrator” -> Click Apply -> Click OK.
I would also suggest that you update DirectX to the latest version available for your system, and if you’re using Windows XP, make sure you've installed Service Pack 3.
If the problem still persists, you can try to download and install the game different way than before. What i mean is that if your previous installations of the game were done by using a torrent, try to use other option ("Download Client"), and visa versa. Also remember to install the game with administrator rights.
