Hello guys I've been trying to buy Crystals to your Panzar Game. Though i havn't had any luck with it. Aparrently i cant buy it when i click "buy" and enter my payment informations..when i click "Confirm payment" it loads me to another page that says " Unfortunately we cannot process your payment at this time. For questions and concerns, please contact customer support. " Is this issue something that are running just now? or is it gererally just a problem for me? Though when i click "Confirm Payment" it loads me to another page with something "veryfing visa" ... which want me to enter my last 4 numbers of my cpr number, to secure my payments in the future.. Is this a trust-able source?? or is it some internet virus/hacker? The danish dude, with anoying problems. |

Instead, please contact their customer support directly with your details for assistance. You can contact Xsolla by either emailing them at support@xsolla.com or by logging to your account at https://account.panzar.com/ and then using the "Payment Issues" option.
