Howcome at http://www.panzar.com/classes.php?class=4 the skill Shockwave shows a video of enemies being knocked back, while in game, it only knocks foes up in the air?

Thanks for bringing this up, the video seems to be a bit out of date on the page. We'll try to get a professional Sister of Fire to show how to cast Shockwave properly.

In the meantime, the spell itself in-game is working as intended at the moment.
