craft items below lvl10 or not?

 craft items below lvl10 or not? As title said it is worth to craft items below lvl10 and upgrade them or to w8 until lvl10 and save mats? Thanks in advance!!

Re: craft items below lvl10 or not? craft weapon lvl 4 if u are zerk to get knock back on right clic
can build weapon lvl 4 for dps melee
but the better way is to only craft end game gear since lvl14 ( not all )
