The answer was :
"No they Cant"
And now the Joke, one team won the Crystalls without a full team. And in the tournament they doesnt play ...
Many guys say this in the stream, but we got ignored.

Ps: look on first tournament :Mange ton Slip
And the first tournament has 20 Teams now, but the vote was 1-22
from the 20 Teams are 5-7 Faketeams. I cant understand this useless voting sry...

Unided Legions (First Legion)
Otherside (Redemption)
Mordors Armee (Eliteeinheit)
No MErcy (Gamboschianer)
God Like (Hades Team)
They really need it to get stronger and they have a full Team.
They guys fastly never win something.
And it wasn´t really a open random Winner becouse he only say a number and we see no List to check if it is right.
And how wont you to check if the Random Search Teams are not Fake Teams????
There was no Stream to check it!!!
Im absolutly sure that there are no Screenshots!!!
At one Hand the Lash hours was nice we get a few answers but at the other hand we get answers like: Maybe, we will see, in a couple of weeks and so on. That really is not helping next time check the Questions from the community and think about good answers.
And yeah the technical Problems are not really preofessionel so work on it.

All complaints regarding the violation of game rules are accepted only in a written form during the tournament: tournament@panzar.com) concerning your very complaint. If you do NOT follow the rules and do NOT give us any information about some teams violating the rules - than why should we consider your claims? Btw, in 31-version it will be fixed.
