From what I have seen of you, you have not the skill to be a CM. You myth be a very good player, but you also lack in social skill. You often troll, go to the extreme without thinking, like most stupid idea...
You seem like a young man who act like a stud and don't care to step on other for fun or self esteem.
So for these reasons, I vote no. We don't need a CM like that...
