I believe it's not combo but power attack you perform it by pressing RMB it deals lots of damage but you it leaves you vulnerable for a second

No we don not have any piecing moves because it is very hard to aim and it doesn't combine well with running animations.

I understand. However even the slashing attacks look a bit wierd while the character is moving. During the development phase have you tried making melee where you don't move while attacking? Just interested because for example lots of hack & slash games use that. Thought it's different because this is a multiplayer game. Just wondered if you tried this.

Yes, we've tried but it reduced the dynamics of the game a lot. This style of melee fights is suitable for MMORPG or Single player games. For example we have a situation when a character starts to flee and you unable to finish him because you stop every time you hit. So we came up with idea to make simple attacks that can be done in any direction and power attacks that preformed in forward direction only. Powerattacks are able to make better choreography where we have all types slashing, piecing on other moves.
