Matchmaking - one of the weakest sides of the game, it is a fact.

The matchmaker hardly has players to choose from. We're all different levels, and hardly 100 people online at once.

lol guys there is no balance in this game at all, but to see it you need to play some time at cap lvl

So this game is truly for those who have money to spend? Even on the Russian server?

no, i don't think that is strongly pay to win;
if there are you and some other player and you play on a same skill lvl and he have amulets and runs and you dont so my imho he wins you like 9 times to 1
but if u realy good player of this game its possible to play without donation

1-4
4-6
6-16
10-20
15-30 (if 30s absolutely naked)

Maximum lvl difference is +\- 10lvl (doesnt work for lowbies 1-4)
If higher lvl are absolutely naked , then 15lvl difference is possible

So, choose your way. And i recommend : DO NOT use elite stuff ,because you will always play against higher levels.
