Sorry we weren't able to get to you sooner. You and few other players currently have a negative amount of crystals on your account, which causes the issues you mentioned. We're now investigating the reason for the negative crystals (likely a payment related matter) to find the cause, and will get back to you as soon as the issue can be resolved. Im asking where is the fking support?? Ive already wrote 5 topics and send 3 mails 2 days ago and yesterday, and I get no response from support with my problem! WTF is that Ive already spend some money for this game and now what? i cant play without new items or skills (my problem with game is that i cant buy any recipes and can add skill points). Well what should i expect from noobish studio like this one....

Anyone who is experiencing this issue and has not yet emailed us, please do so right away and include the following details:

a) account name
b) amount of crystals bought
c) amount of crystals received
d) which payment method was used
