I just watched a vedio about sof on ru server, their shock wave is to knock back all frontal enemies instead of knock up, Im wondering do they have changed it to knock up too? or we are kinda having a different version from them?

You saw the old version of shock wave. It was overpowered and was replaced by the current version.
