Hey there, i have just been kicked of the game and banned for a week due to: " offensive language" . I may have said something innappropriate but in a joking way, i bet this was in my clan chat and somebody took it the wrong way. However, i hope you guys wont give me the full 7days ban, since i was just getting used to the game and having fun with friends. I apologize for what i have said and i hope you guys could unban me :S Yours faithfully, Dylan |

If you feel you have been mistreated, please contact us directly at help@panzar.com. We will then re-investigate the situation and inform you of the result. As general advice, never swear, use profanities or other offensive language in any chat, as you may genuinely offend someone regardless of your intention, in which case a penalty will be given. |
