Have you sent a request to Queen Bee?

Has she answered and said it was in process?

Have you then emailed her again?

Has she ignored your last three emails?

Should you send another one?


For the sake of Zar and Queen Bee's sanity - if she has said it is IN PROCESS - it is.

If it's something that has affected a large number of players - the status will be posted here - ON THE FORUM

I want to add a little note about this.

Don't forget there is moderators, here, to help you too.
Don't hesitate to post in Support section of the forum and, if your problem is not solved, send us a private message; we will centralize the issues in a mail grouping most of the unsolved problems to Queen Bee in order to :
1) alleviate Queen's work
2) Make the support process getting quicker into problem solving process
3) Make you enjoy Panzar more than ever !

But what I'm suppose to do during all the day if I'm not spamming Queen Bee with email, snail mail or other kind of messages ?!
