When the server problem happened last time I was mad as we all were, 500 gems got stolen, my time got stolen off premium, my characters got stolen and the asshole wanted to delete them. Fine, I contacted support and I have waited THREE weeks weeks to get fixed, I don't know about you guys but 3 weeks is a lot coming from a company doing it's job. OH and P.S. I STILL have not received my gems back. Now, I still get no gems which I pony payed for and now it goes and happens again? When the hell am I getting my gems back? 2015? Also fix your damn servers, if you're hosting paying players at least give them a half decent experience for it. |

well that's the second lotterie account for around 1 months if i remember correctly so yes it's the second championship ! ^^ |

The "Account Lottery" was not Panzar Studio's fault. The Data Center in France messed up. So Panzar should reconsider with whom they would work with. All sailing in the same boat and if it sinks all are drown. |
