Were you affected by our data centre error 2 weeks ago?

Our office orcs, Gina and Davis, are reading our logs and your inventory emails that you kindly sent to support - community or Queen Bee.

Some accounts have already been restored, we are happy to announce.

And our cuddly green ogres are still restoring your accounts.

Queen Bee must ask you for a bit more patience. Please don't email her directly, it will not make things to faster.

So why don't you get in a battle with her instead? :mrgreen:

here's how it will go:

Step1: we are calculating the value of your items in crystals.

Step2: we will put give you crystals worth everything you lost.

Step3: we will figure out how to compensate upgrades

Okay the ball is rolling and I am happy to say accounts have been restored with crystals as we are physically unable to do an account restore.
For the moment we have figured out how to restore the value of the upgrades - it's ther current office debate.
I'll post here as soon as I have news on that!
