This Chaosphere Thread has all the LASTEST INFO.
ROUND 1: Players vs Players - THURSDAY 13.02 @ 20.00 CET
ROUND 2 : Players vs Devs - FRIDAY 21.02 @ 19.00 CET
TEAM COMPOSITION 11.02REPLACEMENT LIST 11.02TEAM CAPTAIN ROLE:Team Captains, you are the team organisers. You add your players to your team, you organise Training Matches and organise TS for your teams (see below). You check all the players will play and find/choose replacements if a player cancels. If you are not online regularly, please PM Queen Bee so we can find another team member to organise it.
MISSING PLAYERS / REPLACING PLAYERS:If a player does not appear or attempt to make contact with his team in the game or on the forum, after 24 hours, the team captain is requested to contact Queen Bee. The Team captain must also try contact the player in game or by forum PM to see if he will play - and ask the player to PM Queen Bee if he will not play.
If a player cancels...
1. SELECT IDENTICAL CLASS CHAR from the REPLACEMENT LIST
2. ANOTHER MEMBER OF YOUR TEAM CAN PLAY HIS CHAR (IDENTICAL TO MISSING PLAYER CLASS) and you select EXACT REPLACEMENT of this missing class from the replacement list.
This means that, excluding exceptional circumstances, you must always replace the missing char by the SAME class. For example: your ICe Witch cancels, you must select an Ice Witch from Replacement List.
3. IF THERE IS NO IDENTICAL REPLACEMENT CLASS CHAR, the Team Captain is authorised to select any remaining char/class from the replacement list.
TEAMSPEAK CHANNELSEvery team has a TS channel for their members. This is both to help you train and play during the tournament. Team captains, please contact me to get access to your channel and set up your password and invite your team mates to join.
CHANGES ACCEPTED BY TEAMThis section has all the news about what's happening in each team. It's a tough tournament to organise. Finding 80 players with level 20 chars and holding the balance between classes is very difficult. The reason there is 80 players, is that there will be 8 teams. We need exactly 8 teams, so that in the tournament grid, every team will play the first round. If there is less, one team could get through to the Quarter Final without playing any match. And that would be totally unfair.
TEAM 1: Missing a Tank (Parabellum cancelled). If they cannot find a replacement level 20 tank (from Replacement List), Team Captain Kruqq is authorised to choose any player from the Replacement List.
TEAM 2: Zehirmann (Team Captain) has exited the clan and given up his Team Captain role. He has been replaced with TizFrost who is very present in game and therefore able to look after the organisational questions. Zehirmann, it is assumed, will not be playing. Team 2 is authorised to choose a replacement gunner.
TEAM 3: HellcatPL (Inqui) has cancelled his participation. Team 3 had a Sapper with a level 20 Inquisitor. This player has moved to Inquisitor role and Vigrid has been selected as their new Sapper.
TEAM 4: Egraz has been given Team Captain role because WoursIce had not been online and composed the team after 24hours.
TEAM 5 / TEAM 6 / TEAM 7: no comment so far.
