Panzarians, You wanted a more fair system for voting. 1 top 3 vote for the community. (this is your vote page) 1 top 3 vote from Russian Office. 1 top 3 vote of me. The one with most votes gets 3 point, the one with second most gets 2 points and the one with 3th most place gets 1 point. So max of point will be 9 points. 3 from community, 3 from Ru and 3 from me.
