2 hours is awfully long. Are there people on?
To check, click the Social tab, and click the Channels button.
It likely says "English chat, Europe chat, etc etc". This will list a # of people in these channels. The game, by default, add the user to the channel.
It should give you a realistic idea of the players online.
You could be behind some sort of firewall. Did you recently install an anti-virus program or the like?
One thing to do would be:
- Start Menu
- Search "Firewall"
- Open this up, click "Allow an app or feature through the firewall" (this is Windows 8, so probably just "Allow a program through the firewall."
- Click "Change Settings"
- "Allow another app..." or "Add a program" something along those lines.
- Navigate to your PANZAR folder, and add the launcher .exe to the accepted list.
If this doesn't work, simply try disabling your Firewall or Antivirus, join a queue and see if it works.
If you have the same problem, re-enable the firewall/antivirus and post here.
