Hey artho1! It's likely that the connection problem was due to the on-going server testing. Please try again once the game is launched, and if the problem still persists, we'll look deeper into the issue. Oh, and welcome to Panzar! |

Unfortunatly problem still apears. I've tried to turn off my antivirus and firewalls and nothing seems to be better. I'll admit that i have Windows XP. |

Heya! Are you now able to log in to the game? If you still have problems with the lost connection, first check out Technical Questions part of the Panzar FAQ and see if any of the solutions offered there help. If the problem still persists, please email our support directly at help@panzar.com. I hope you soon get the issue solved and can join in on the battles! :) |

Hey visualdavid! I'm excited to see word of Panzar has reached you all the way to Colombia! Sadly, the distance may of course be one issue affecting the connectivity, and as such it's best to make sure you have the full bandwidth reserved for Panzar. So before trying to log in, make sure all other programs, background ones included, are closed. Next on the list is to make sure Panzar has the right permissions to connect to internet. When you start connecting, Alt-Tab to Windows and make sure that neither Windows or antivirus/firewall software is not blocking the application. If you see a popup asking for permission, grant one, and hopefully the connection issue is solved with that. If no popup appears, go through the settings for antivirus and firewall, and an exception for the game - or even consider temporarily disabling the software to test if they are to blame. I hope this helps you get into game so you get to enjoy Panzar! :) |
