Post ohi and Good Starting Class?
Hey guys, I'm new here, tha name's nicknacknob (or just nick). I found out about this game from MikeB aka Fony (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ny-qld0SGPA); I think quite a few Americans have found this game directly because of him.

I can't wait until I can get into this game! Unfortunately I have been having some serious problems even starting the tutorial, but I let support know and they are doing their best to troubleshoot, which I appreciate very much. :)

Anyways, until I can get into the game, I was just wondering if there is a class that is generally considered to be a good class for beginners?

Just by looking at the website class trees, Berserker really appeals to me and might be a good choice for beginners. I think this is because Berserker's tree is almost entirely focused on better mobility and regular attacks, no gimicky stuff: purely reliant on maneuvering your way to the opponent without dying and unloading all his damage in a couple attacks. Or maybe that is the exact reason why he is not a beginner class? haha I don't really know. :? There is a lot of space control/crowd control in this game, which I love, but it seems like it might be quite difficult for Berserker players who are new to the game.

Alright I'm gonna stop there b/c it just seems like I'm rambling now lol. Please make suggestions and why, thank you~

It's great to be here and I can't wait to get into PANZAR! :D

EDIT: Annnnnd I just realized there is a Guidance and Help section. *facepalm*
Sorry...won't happen again.... xD

Thanks for responding. :) Yeah, with all that health and defense it seems very noob friendly haha . Tank looks hella fun at higher levels too (Chain looks SO awesome! :o ).

EDIT: And he seems to be a more supporty character, at least way more than Berserker LOL. Support roles usually help you learn the game quicker and learn other classes since you have to know when to use your supporty spells, etc. So yeah, thanks, I'll take a look at Tank too. :)

if you want to learn about the game and how it works i'd say paladin. then again... that means youll be the target of every player in the game... ... ...

Tank should be good. It'll teach you about blocking as well as make you a very valuable asset to winning games. You dont have to do much early game besides block and then use your 1 ability on ranged attacks and ice witches.

Berserker have rather slow attack/power attack. I lerned to play him well only on ~14th lvl (after paladin 30th).

What i suggest you to do is to try level up every class in Panzar till lv 5-10 and then think with one you like most.
I did that and my favorite is Berserk,Gunner and Healer.

mmmm I see. Yeah he seems like a very high-risk, high-reward character. It looks like I should probably learn another class first then! Thanks!

mmmm yeah, that's a good idea, but time might be an issue there. If I'm leveling quite quickly though, I might try that though, thanks!

It's more simply levelup 8 classes to 5 th level then one class to 20.

It's possible "the simplest class" is different for different people.
Really, there are three main abilities of any class "turn and block", "it's time to run" and "deceive the enemy"
I think any damage classes (inq, bers, sof & gunner) is easy on lowlevel

I'd say if berserker appeals to you, then just take it. Do not doubt. It is a great class, valuable to the team, with very intense gameplay and nonstop fun. It is rquires good coordination and feel of timings, though. The power attack is painfully slow and can be blocked easily, so you have to learn the behavior of other classes to know when to strike. Berserker is pretty easy to level up, although you will always feel a bit crippled without full set of skills. But on top level he is perfect killing-machine able to destroy anything and everything. And with fully stacked rage the berserker is godlike.

I had a bit trouble with what you were saying, but I think you said it's quicker to level all 8 chars to 5 than one to 20? If so, then I'll definitely test them out that way, thanks. :)

oh wow, lots of great information, thank you very much! berserker definitely appeals to me the most, especially after what you just said :D
