Sounds like the game didn't install correctly, but I can't be sure.

Greetings CKB,

I am sorry to hear that you have encountered problems with Panzar. I have investigated the issue and collected the list of common solutions you can try:

Run the game with Administrator privileges
Reinstall DirectX and Visual C++ Redistributable
Visual C++ Redistributable can be located inside the folder where game has been installed, if it default path then C:\Games\Panzar\PnzTools\Redist\VS\ and there you select and run either vcredist _86x or vcredist_64bit depending on your Windows system:
        32bit Windows - vcredist _86x and 64bit Windows - vcredist_64bit
Update or reinstall (fresh install) of graphics card drivers. In case you have Nvidia card make sure you are running latest version of PhysX.
Make sure you have all updates installed for your system
Delete bin32 directory from game folder and run client update

I hope solutions above will help to resolve the issue and allow you to feel the thrust of battle once again!

Saucex
