Health of Dwarf's buildings is calculated using the formula (the same as for damage)
(BH * M)/1000

where BH - Base Health (shown in Altar)
M - Mastery

For example, if health in Altar is 2500 and your mastery is 1500 then final health will be:
2500 * 1500 / 1000 = 3750
