right now with the low population on the EU servers I'd rather it get bigger than smaller. At least for the time being. Sure Lower levels will be at a gear disadvantage but that supports people leveling up instead of sliding it all to gold.

Afternoon,

I'm sorry, I'm a little confused on the wording here.
Would I be correct in assuming you're looking for the different matchmaking level brackets?

- Regards

EDIT
Notice ComptonEMT added a remark before submission:

I've gotta agree with Compton here; wider brackets will allow more players to compete.
As long as they're not ridiculously spaced -- as this would cause some serious head-smashing from higher levels on lower level players.

I want to ask threshold

If I were 11 LV ,

Was assigned to the battlefield level amplitude? MIN LV~ MAX LV ?

The brackets are static.

For example, static meaning it's always 1-4 play together, 5-9 play together, etc (these are probably incorrect)

Whereas, if what I'm gathering is what you're asking, your example would be:
Let's make x = 2, the max level allowed, so a player at level 1 could play a max n+x, n being the current level of the character.

For the minimum it's the same thing.
The game is not like that, rather the 1st example given here.

TL;DR - If you're level 11, then you play in the 10-14 bracket with the other 10-14 players (this is probably wrong, just an example), you don't play something like 9-13 (being a set number up/down from level).

EDIT - minor clarifications
