And if so will account transfers be supported? I have been playing a bit but games can take a long time to find from here in Canada. Would love to drop a few bucks on this game though if there is a chance that it may come to NA and transfers will be available.

It's likely less of a region thing, and more of a time-zone problem.
AFAIK, the game does not throw NA players to the back of the queue or anything, thus everyone has an equal chance.

Since your timezone is probably close to CST (-6), my recommendation is to check out early afternoon (noon-3 or 4 PM) or late at night (3 AM) when the Russian players are on.

Several of us members here are actively pushing for North American players (videos/twitter/streams). I'm under the impression that soon enough Panzar will start pushing advertisements. Which we want.

Yes we really need some marketing here in the states. Most of my buddies have never even heard of this game. They're truly missing out!
