What do you mean by full? the complete team or the minimum required

Because if it is the complete team the minimum required for tournament become useless. And we all know that because of Panzar managering, there are no many players to have a full team when end registration.

Let me explain why. I think that when person brake rules, and do not get caught, he deserves to live and brake rules.
Why ? Just because he have to be very intelligent/sneaky to not get caught. Those things are rewarded.
But if he will get caught. He must pay for his mistakes.
Why i want to that they get punished, is because they got caught.
And whats more interesting is that when they got caught,they didnt even apologize.
Instead of apologizes, they just laughed at it and started to blame you Queen Bee.
By saying that they did it on purpose, means that they knew rules very well.
So Queen Bee, punish them please?
You can see, that they did it on purpose, and they knew clearly that they are not doing good.
Its up to you of course, do you punish them or no.

You know. Once while i were 16 i crossed the road and spited to the ground and a police officer came by.

Unfortunately, if Lunastra abused the tournament, it's my fault. I cannot punish them for something I caused. They saw an opportunity and they took it. Sadly they took it in the most disgusting manner and demonstrating ill-intentioned motives. It disappoints me severely to think that members of this community think it is appropriate behaviour. Sadly they did not abuse game mechanics so I will not punish them for that.

Instead I will work to prevent this from happening again. Everybody will be watching you closely Senjorpomidor and clan Lunastra.
