Players like Gods ice (or his other account names like Global warming and so on) whos intention is to insult other players from the moment he opens the game till closing it (even while in battle) should get a permanent ban, including those who back him up like pandar.

I witnessed both players insulting inbread, Nimdul and some other players that day, inbread did the right thing banning them.
