the only way that the fact of bv being visible could impact on the waiting time is the players' hardly trying to build it up higher and higher. And I say IF, IF the bv is the reason, that's the only way it can be a reason. Conclusion? Visible bv only makes people try harder, or ragequit.

Imho blaming the feature on increasing the waiting time is stupid.
