Helpful suggestion
So I was playing last night when it struck me that Panzar is losing players to various reasons but one would be just like roxrite. Doesn't want to spend so much time trying upkeep mats. So in my drunken stupor I figure that you guys(devs) would listen and add 30-50% double mat time when 30% xp isent going...
This would help new players get mats for gear when not leveling. It still takes a lifetime to upgrade so u don't mind competition of people having nice gear. They would probably not see their situation to forge rares so grim.
It would help veteran players maintain much easier. Possibly cut an hour off the two hour a day maintaince. Which I'm my opinion is a main thing they have been asking for.
Prices wouldn't have to change still profitable.. ( unless you would like to change those)
Stop players from quitting..
Number 1 reason: it's what your customers would want and your a business..
Hope you guys take my suggestions to heart since we do care about your game and would like to see minor changes benefit everyone.

There are 60-80 players of a 'main core' if we understend these words the same. 'They dont do anything' oh really.. Do not fall into blind critics. Agree that the amount of materials needed to craft the whole eq could be less.

Re: Helpful suggestion
Hmmm.... It's true, it looks a bit overwhelming at first when I see "500 wood/linen here, and this item too, and... this item TOO???" Seeing that is a bit frustrating. But first, I think you get that stuff more or less quickly. I actually worked mainly on a video, basically didn't really play my Frost more than 1h a day, if even that 1h, and got my 30 gear complete by now. So I don't know if it's that crazy with the cost. I'm afraid of loosing some goal, if the prices are lowered. I mean, if I'm full gear, I have nothing to do (except playing of course). It's kinda a sad moment, whenever the list of craftable items gets empty An idea could be to use the concept of epic gear in a different way, and maybe even add legendary gear. I am not exactly sure what they should do, but the main idea I have right now is that they have the exact same stats like the non-epic gear. Maybe adding craft-mats, extremely rare, maybe they even need to be manually picked up on the map or something, maybe they are given for some kind of achievement (e.g. inquisitor epic material for 'interupt an ice witch 1000 times'). And the big fans and longtime players of the game will get enough of those special materials, can craft their super cool looking epic / legendary stuff. That way - Hardcore players have still something to do after reaching the best gear-type. They can one day look cooler than the others and get some prestige.
- Hardcore players have no advantage through this (since epic/legendary gear has same stats)
- Casual players have no need to craft the epic stuff anymore, and the cost for the lev 27 non-epic is way less than the lev 28 epics
Although, when I think of it, Battle Value respects gear, matchmaker respects Battle Value... Hmm.... Maybe that stuff could have some stats, like stats that are not usually given, like mana or energy or so. Dunno, just brainstorming.

Hey tom! I agree with alot of your suggestions. Legendaries and achievements would be totally awesome. I could definitely see those two ideas in this game. Although the reason I mainly suggested a time for the mats to go up would be for the Amulets to be even easier to maintain.. that way some of the more veteran players dont have to be life consumed trying to maintain ammys without paying they just have to put a hour or so away a day or even two every other day or something like that... It would also be beneficial to newer players making crafting there epics easier.. They will still have to get all the upgrades to hang with hardcore players. Just ideas and suggestions.. who knows if Panzar would be thinking of implementing these things we brainstorm on the forums. )

Re: Helpful suggestion
Hi I do agree with a lot what is said here but I also think there should be different skill tree paths to take, like at lvl20 we could only go one route or another and players had slightly different builds which kept it interesting, now at level 30 everyone is exactly the same it would be nice if there were 2 or 3 different builds you could go for on your character.

Re: Helpful suggestion
Legendarys would make people mad. Item differences in this game are super noticeable. Especially with ammys on top. So I think that's a bad idea. Everyone would just get upset that they're getting owned at level 30 when they finally get there because these vetrans have items even better than the epics which already take ages to get.
If legendary items just changed the look of your clothing, and added 0 stats, THATs something cool.
I like the idea of achievements. I love having little fun titles under my name, or trophies to look at and brag about to others. If they gave potions for unlocking, even better, lol.
