Some players are still having connection problems - we are working on it! We have checked our connection to server and it is fine. Now we are checking all other options. Sorry for the delay!

i am also affected by this problem.

I tested with severeal PCs, several Windows-Versions, different Updates, different Antivirus-Solutions, FW and Antivirus off...

I discovered it is an Internet Routing- or DNS-Problem between your Internetserviceprovider and at least T-Com (German Telekom).
Four different Internetserviceprovider, which use an own/independent Infrastructure and not the T-Com Infrastructur, work as they should with account.panzar.com

(I am a System-Administrator so i am able to test with different ISPs)

My geographical location is the southeast of Germany.

Thank you for the information, pmax76.

Could you please, help us a little bit more?

Is www.panzar.com site affected the same way?

Can you post here tracert result (via T-Com) to the www.panzar.com, account.panzar.com and to the 95.131.30.158?

Thank You.

As UK, France and Germany are affected, i think it is a Problem between your ISP in Russia and some of the "common" ISPs in those three countries.
Maybe your Internet-backbone uses a Line in Ukrainia and they want to anger the occupants? :?

Thank You, pmax76.

For the www.panzar.com timed out tracert is normal, it's heavy firewalled, I just wanted to find out if the routing is OK.

I'm still concerned about account.panzar.com, so, could you, please, make tracert account.panzar.com once again - I have tweaked some settings on our side.

Thank You.

It looks better now for Tracert as it reaches your FW/Server, but the Client still shows no Login/Password.
Are you able to tracert an Adress in the realm of T-com?
As i stated before, i think its a Problem between your ISP/Backboneprovider (rostelecom?) and the common ISPs in Europe. I dont believe you can fix this by tweaking your own infrastructure, so i would call your ISP.

@Orkslayer
You should better remove your own IPs (the first two or better three ones) - somebody could try to hack your equipment.

Thanks, once again... Well, I just enabled ICMP for what server, nothing else... Routing seems ok, I was able to trace back T-com address as well. It would be nice to call somebody, but still would be good to pinpoint the problem first... :D I was thinking MTU problems for a moment, but it seems path MTU to T-com is 1500, which is OK.

OK, thanks for your help, I will try to tweak application itself.
