The time spent on waiting for the match wasn't taken in notice according to this formula. And because of majority of players have value of 3.5k the formed teams pressing HigherValue players behind. That's why players with higher value waited so long. (A little comment here. If the formula didn't depend on waiting time then how the f is that a "Bug")

Too bad that they call it a bug. Delaying way too long with decision to fix this "critical bug".

2 simple solutions, don't play that much to actually hit 4k (without leaving games) or just make sure not to hit 4k, as it isn't an accomplishment anyways

I quess its not a bug, but just not enough players over 4k, to get into the battle.
Witch is good in my opinion.
