I quit the game some months ago, simply because the game was pay2win. I'm reinstalling the game currently and am curious if the game is still p2w.

The game has not changed.

Or you choose to play it completely free.

Or you pay to get to the top faster.

Horrible design. Game has no future with this business model. Should listen to your community, I'm not the only one who believes this.

The game itself is still unique.

I still like to play it, not planning on stopping.

The game is and was never pay to win. You can earn everything, but you need really much time. The problem is this game are the devs...

Yes the game is unique, but the horrible business design ruins it for some players, and because of that, lower levels (5-9) has long wait times, which ruins it for other players. Might be able to get past the shady p2w design if their were more players.

True, and don't let the blind sheeps trying to prove you wrong. The game is still full of P2W elements, people tried to warn them and suggested improvements to the game, all in vein.
They had a great opportunity to be successfull since they are probably the best game when it comes to battle arenas. But until the m*r**s in charge of Panzar Studios learn how to properly run a business, they won't have more then just a few 500 player base when it could be much more.
DonĀ“t bother, the game is slowing dying.

(m*r**s - In Panzarian language, "wise")

Creating new topic about Panzar being a p2w game is never a bad idea, sure :p But it's just a pointless discussion

puppies, I wouldn't mind buying this game ($20 tops) and having everything earned, kinda like the old tf2 business model. I'm not even saying they should make it purely f2p. I just hate p2w with a passion. Perhaps when the game dies sometime next year, they'll get a second wind and make the right decisions.

Actually, now you are wrong. Now, you can't earn anything.
After last update there is new item in shop - Lucky Horseshoe.
This item you can't craft. This item you can only buy for crystals, i.e. for $.
You can win it in roulette, but it will have only 2 minutes of activity, not 15 minutes as the one in shop.
Well, you can get that Lucky Horseshoe in roulette, but now, the chance of it is almost 0, bcs Energy Stones, need to turn a roulette, do not drop after the battle any more - Energy stones u can buy in shop only for crystals also (or 1 stone dropped per day of gameplay).
Also remember cosmetic improvements or hats.

But, yes, Lucky Horseshoe and Energy stones, cosmetics do not affect of your stats or gameplay during battle, so can't increase the chance of win.
