Panzarians, Panzar Studio will clean up all EU spectator right. Also the policy use on RU server will be used. - Spectator right will only be give to players that stream tournaments. - Players that want to receive spectator right will have to send email to community_eu@panzar.com with there stream link and char name they want to stream with. - After tournament all right will be removed again. |
