Maybe I joined panzar's forums way later than many other players, but what matters is what are your achievements so far, and you don't wanna compete with me xylar.

I was already here when panzar introduced the "effectiveness" system and i see how its keep getting worse.

Effectiveness must be hidden from other players (to stop bv farmers) and the matchmaking algorithm must be rewritten.
