I just put a match snapshot and you guys judge if it was balanced at all. I aint say nothing....

EU players are just like rag dolls, supporting Russian Gold league's finance and entertaining Russian players with this comic balance.

some people do the mistake of adding the effs together and compare the AVG, but a team with 3 OP key players can win any game in public against low eff players:

I already mentioned that a lot of times, no one cares at all.

You have 747 posts on forum, not a single one is helpful in any way.

Maybe I joined panzar's forums way later than many other players, but what matters is what are your achievements so far, and you don't wanna compete with me xylar.

I was already here when panzar introduced the "effectiveness" system and i see how its keep getting worse.

Effectiveness must be hidden from other players (to stop bv farmers) and the matchmaking algorithm must be rewritten.

Have you read all of the 747 posts to comment on that? Who are you even? 59 posts, oh, that's why I don't know you. That's why I was so surprised to see you moderating gamechat.

You don't know me at all. And anyways, different people see the word 'achievement' in different ways.

Wow, you are so experienced. Honours! Have I ever said something different about the BV? No, and dozens of people said that already (that eff system is fail etc.) long time ago. You don't put anything new into the forum or into the devs' work.
