Reported Cheating and changes on last Tournament.

 Reported Cheating and changes on last Tournament. Panzarians,
I received 3 report about cheating on last Tournament.
1) A player played with 1 character in 1 team and with other Character in other team. Was check and not found
2) A player played with 1 character in 1 team then switch account and with other Character in other team. Was check and not found.
3) A team switch Player during tournament, I check and only detecte character changes, This is a manual check between several report on the server, I was unable to find this, I have put in request for a report that gives met the results.

3 is manual work so I limited to the reported names
