Would be lively if clan leader could have a chance to notify every clan member. Clan leader creates an announcement and when member come online he sees it like a big message infront of the screen or a simple PM in game...
This would be very useful for notifying in offline mode...

I would also like this. Not much management within clans at the moment. The system is very lazy, and simple things like this are necessary.
