I have a frost witch, berz and a paladin over lvl 12 now. I had the same problem with all of them. The same insane frustration when I get into a game above lvl 12. You dont stand a chance at all. 2x power attack + finishing blow (from my lvl 13 berz) didnt finish another berz off (lvl20).

I know everyone also goes through the same thing, but its really annoying to stand no chance at all your first few lvls after 12. So, it would be awesome if you could do something about the matchmaking in Panzar, and stop letting lvl 12-15 play against top geared lvl 20. Dont wanna quit this game because I got ganked too much at lvl 12.. Other then that, I love the game. Except from those freakin gunners..

the problem is that not many players are on EU Server. So if they fix the matchmaking queue times get very long or even no games would start. That's the problem. Hit Level 20 as quick as possible and then craft your gear. That's the only solution for now.

We are looking into the problem and working out solution that will fix the issue without extending waiting time, but for now,m easiest way to hep us in it is bringing more friends to game:)
