I was in a grp, i click rdy and the group leader has resolved the group.

I experience the same. The game shows Ready when I didn't press the button. Of course it doesn't search any match for me.

I experienced the same yesterday. Your teammates can not invite you cause of the status, although you can browse through all other tabs (forge etc.) like you are not ready. To get the status back to normal I had to ready up and cancel it. After I did that I could be invited to groups again.
