If you mention cap-level characters, then Ok. Now. You tell, that selfheal (and self-energy-restoration) is nothing, because inquisitor has to kill to restore. But isn't it his specialization? Even a regular inquisiotor can slaughter everyone on the point with wolf-buff, and thus limitless power attacks (if there are conditions, of course, but every class (even your scary berserker) need conditions to do its job (e.g. berserker needs enemies knocked down to land finishing blow)). Meanwhile, to restore his energy (not health), a berserker has to use punch, that can be easily blocked thus bringing no energy. And btw, berserker needs to lower his health down to inquisitor's to have speed equals to inquisiotor's and damage that exeeds inquisiotor's. Next, you have to have serious problem with your eyes if you can't see green light when berserker moves being invisible (while inquisitor's movement is recognized only by watching for environement (water, leaves, etc.)). Plus (you didn't mention, but it's important) dust interrupts with casting abilities faster and from longer distance then sucker punch.
So, I see a class that 1) is the fastest, 2) does lots of damage, 3) is ivisible, 4) is with AOE abilities, 5) is with CC abilities, 6) needs no healer or sapper is Ok for you.
Berserker is a fighter. Inquisitor should kill supports, range DDs or enemies left alone and almost dead, not bring death to everyone not tough enough to survive 2 power attacks.
I don't say berserkers are weak (I assume I die too much from berserkers' clubs playing witch
), I say that they are not as terrific as you suppose them to be.
