Post subject:  Unable to find game
I bought Crystals to buy Premium, I then bought and got my SAPPER to level 7, (Trying to get to level 20 asap) as soon as I got level 7 and bought my level 7 item set, I cannot find games, (No players are online that match your level) after around 30 minutes of trying to find a game, I know its self explanatory, but for issues like this, I want it removed for that reason otherwise I just sit here for hours on end with no game.. wasting my premium status :geek:

Hey there Unch.

It's surely has to be frustrating to experience long queue times specially when you have bought premium. Our staff is doing everything what can be done regarding long queue times at the moment, and improvements are obviously coming. I hope you can get in to game sooner from now on, and still be able to enjoy the game!

True that! Im lvl 5 and even i dont find any games to play:D. Around 15-25 mins, i usually give up waiting and close the game...sometimes i got lucky and i get in, in 5-10 mins. I really like play more than 1-2 match per day^^. You guys really should remove this levelcap thing. It's really ruining this game and people go play something else...
